These terms apply when you use itsforyourlife.com, our online booking and forms, our patient portal, or our text-message program, all provided by Community Chiropractic of Groton Inc. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please call us instead at 978-448-9355.

Information, not medical advice

The articles and pages on this site are general information. They are not medical advice and do not create a doctor–patient relationship. If you think you have an emergency, call 911. For care decisions, please speak with Dr. Steve.

Online booking and your account

• Please give accurate information. Appointments booked online may be reviewed by our staff, and we may adjust, decline, or move a booking (for example, a new-patient slot booked by a current patient). We will tell you if we do.
• Patient portal accounts are approved by our staff and are for the patient or the family members the patient has authorized. Keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• As our office policy states, we do not charge fees for cancelled or missed appointments. We ask that you tell us as early as you can.

Text message program: Community Chiropractic Appointment Messages

What you will get. If you opt in, we will send text messages from our office number about your care and account: appointment reminders and confirmations, requests to confirm or reschedule, and notices of closings or schedule changes.

How to opt in. You opt in by ticking the unchecked consent box on our online forms or portal when you give us your mobile number, or by telling the front desk that you want texts. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving care.

Frequency, cost, and opt-out. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one confirmation and then no more messages. Reply HELP for help, or call 978-448-9355 or email info@itsforyourlife.com.

Carriers and privacy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We keep text messages free of diagnosis and treatment details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number: we do not sell or share it for marketing.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or probe our systems, no automated scraping, no submitting someone else’s information without their permission, and no false information.

Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review or message, you confirm it is yours and that we may display it on our website (we will not publish it with identifying health details). We may decline to publish any submission.

Links and third parties

Our site may link to other websites, such as our Facebook page. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Availability and limits

We work to keep the site and portal available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using or being unable to use the website. Nothing here limits your rights under Massachusetts or federal law, including your rights as a patient.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We may update them and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
