Running early or late? Don't stress.

Please don't ever stress about running early or late for an appointment. For end-of-shift appointments, please make every effort to arrive on time — we may not be able to see late arrivals at the close of a shift.

Time constraints? Speak up.

If you're on a tight schedule the day of your visit, let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

No fees for missed or cancelled appointments.

Life happens. We don't charge fees for cancellations or missed appointments. It is important to make them up and stay on your prescribed treatment plan — consistency matters for getting results.

Booking multiple appointments at once is highly recommended.

Our staff is happy to help schedule a series of appointments in advance. We strongly recommend this — it makes sticking to your treatment plan much easier and the results much better.

Urgent appointments & walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome, but please call ahead when possible for urgent visits. Walk-ins are accommodated when available, but scheduled patients are prioritized.

Please keep us updated with your current email address and cell phone number so we can reach you about any last-minute schedule changes. Follow us on Facebook for real-time updates on closings and events.

Changes to your care plan

Any changes to your treatment plan must be discussed directly with Dr. Steve. If you have questions or concerns about your care, please speak with him — he's always available to talk it through.

Need a private moment with the doctor?

If you have something you'd like to discuss privately, speak with staff at the front desk. A few moments of privacy can be arranged.


Financial Policies

Payment is expected per your agreed plan or at each visit.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts Health Plan, cash, check, FSA, and HSA. We're happy to provide claim forms for out-of-network reimbursement if your insurance isn't listed.
