March is a challenging month for our local food pantry, Loaves & Fishes. Each March, we strive to meet the challenge with a FOODraiser event, and this year, with your help, we’re going to PACK the pantry!

Boston’s own Lucky Bob, one of the best jugglers, magicians, comedians (and an overall good guy) around, will present a super-exciting, hilarious, interactive show for all ages that the kid’s (and adults) won’t soon forget!

(If dad tries to juggle the cats or balance the kitchen chairs on his chin when you get home, please don’t blame us.)

The most needed items are:

  • Cereal
  • Canned Soups
  • Canned Meats
  • Canned White Tuna
  • Pasta & Pasta sauce
  • Canned Pasta
  • Canned Vegetables
  • Helpers & Sides

For further information, please call us at 978.448.3955!

Are you new to chiropractic care, or have you been in care for awhile and need some tips on spinal self-care? One of the most important things you can do as part of your care plan is to attend the Spinal Care Workshop. Patients who attend this workshop tend to heal more quickly and reduce the risk of future injury.

In the Basic Care: Spinal Care Workshop, you will learn how to optimize your healing experience, while enjoying a healthy lunch or dinner on us! Bring a friend for company, moral support, or to simply spread the word and help create a strong, healthy community. Sign up at the front desk or by calling 978.448.9355!

    Better Breathing Workshop

Free – Open to the Public

    Wednesday, January 25, 6:00 pm

Space is limited and registration is required. Call 978.448.9355 to register.

This workshop deepens and advances the work done in our office. When you breathe freely, you pump cerebrospinal fluid up and down the spine and around the brain, providing shock absorption and nutrients to your brain and nerve tissue.

So many of us do not breathe fully and easily and we don’t even know it. In this class we will teach you simple exercises that will:

  • Increase your body’s ability to breathe
  • Help you reduce stress and anxiety
  • Help you be more flexible and adaptable
  • Help you to heal more quickly.
  • Bring a friend for company, moral support, or to simply spread the word and help create a strong, healthy community. Sign up for the next class at the front desk, or by calling 978.448.9355!
